It's kinda like draw poker with dice rather than cards. For each turn, you get three rolls. The first roll rolls all the dice. If you are not satisfied with your roll, you may select which dice to keep, and which to roll again. You roll the dice a maximum of three times per turn, after which you must select a cell in the scoreboard to "score" it. If more than one player is playing, players take turns in order.
Every time you put a score in a cell, that cell is filled up. The game is over when the entire scoreboard is filled in for all players.
All the scores in the rightmost column are multiplied by three (therefore the "best" scores should go over there), the middle column is multiplied by two and the leftmost column scores as is (therefore the "worst" scores should go over there). Notice that if you pass the mouse over the cells WITHOUT clicking, the score that you WOULD get in that cell displays temporarily inside the cell.

Here's the rules for scoring the cells:
The top 6 rows score only the dice indicated by the row name --- in the TWOS row, three dice with TWOS will score a 6 in that column. In the SIXES row, 4 SIXES will score a 24. The UPPER TOTAL shows the total of all 6 top rows. If you score 63 or above in the UPPER TOTAL, you recieve a bonus of 35 points in the UPPER BONUS. (Note: 63 would result from averaging 3 of every number in the upper rows --- 3 ONES, 3 TOWS, 3 THREES, 3 FOURS, 3 FIVES and 3 SIXES = 63)
THREE OF A KIND requires a three of aby dice value, but scores all 5 dice totalled. (4-4-4-5-6 would score a 23. 2-2-3-5-6 would score a 0, since there are not three of any single value) FOUR OF A KIND does the same, but requires 4 dice to have the same value.
A FULL HOUSE requires three dice of one value and two of another: For example: 2-2-2-3-3, or 5-5-5-1-1. A FULL HOUSE scores 25 points.
A SMALL STRAIGHT requires that four dice be in numeric sequence --- 1-2-3-4-6, or 2-3-4-5-5 would be examples. A SMALL STRAIGHT scores 30 points. A LARGE STRAIGHT requires that all 5 dice be in numeric sequence, and scores 40 points.
YAHTZEE scores 50 points, and is earned by having all 5 dice be the same value. The LOWER TOTAL adds up all the rows below the upper 8 rows. If you score all 3 YAHTZEE cells, then manage to roll another YAHZTEE, you earn a YAHTZEE BONUS of 100 points in the column where you score it. You can earn as many YAHZTEE BONUSes you can --- you get 100 more points each time you score YAHTZEE after you finish the YAHTZEE row.
CHANCE is the fallback position--- this row simply adds up all the dice, no matter what combination you have.
The GRAND TOTAL is the total of all 3 columns added up (after multiplying the right column by 3 and the middle column by 2). Once you finish a game, you will automatically be taken to the High Score Board. Everyone who finishes gets on the board! Yes, this COULD get pretty long after a while...
